Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch: Dede Style Australia will endeavor to dispatch items to customers as expeditiously as possible. All items will be dispatched within 48 working hours following the receipt of full payment.

 

2. Delay Notification: In the event of a delay in dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances, Dede Style Australia will notify customers at the earliest practicable opportunity. Such delays shall not constitute grounds for claims for compensation, refunds, or exchanges.

3. Tracking: All shipments from Dede Style Australia will be trackable. Upon request, customers may be provided with the tracking number associated with their shipment.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including address, name, and contact numbers. Dede Style Australia will not be held liable for any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Mitigation of Consequences: While Dede Style Australia will attempt to assist in mitigating the consequences of incorrect details provided by customers, it assumes no responsibility for the outcome. Dede Style Australia bears no liability for failure to achieve the desired outcome.

6. Shipping Methods: The default shipping method employed by Dede Style Australia is regular postage. Should a customer wish to utilize express postage, this option must be expressly requested at the time of order placement.

7. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the customer is eligible for free shipping. Should express postage be selected, the customer will incur the additional cost associated with this service.

8. Responsibility Upon Delivery: Once an item is marked as delivered via the tracking number, Dede Style Australia's responsibility for the item ceases, and it is deemed to have been successfully delivered to the customer. The item then becomes the customer's responsibility.

9. Returns and Exchanges: Return shipping costs for refund or exchange requests are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Promotional Shipping Offers: Any promotional offers from Dede Style Australia for free shipping will be based on regular shipping by default. Should the customer prefer express shipping, they will be responsible for covering the difference in shipping costs.
