Return Policy

General Terms

1. Approval of Refunds and Exchanges: All requests for refunds or exchanges submitted by customers are subject to approval by Dede Style Australia.

2. Condition of Returned Items: The returned item shall be subject to inspection by Dede Style Australia upon receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition as when shipped. Should Dede Style Australia find that the item exhibits any defects, including but not limited to odours, dirt, stains, damage, discoloration, removal of tags, or wrinkles, the return may be refused.

3. Submission of Requests: Customers must submit all refund and exchange requests exclusively via Direct Message (DM) to Dede Style Australia.

4.Timeliness of Requests: Requests for refunds or exchanges should be made by the customer as soon as the need for such a request becomes apparent. Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery, as delays may result in the forfeiture of the right to a refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with refund or exchange requests.

​

 

6. Scope of Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are applicable only to the price of the item and do not cover shipping costs.

​

 

7. Fault of Dede Style Australia: If the refund or exchange request is due to an error attributable to Dede Style Australia, Dede Style Australia will bear the cost of both the initial shipping and the return shipping.

8. Size Selection: The customer is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size of the item that meets their requirements. While Dede Style Australia will assist the customer in interpreting the size chart for each item, Dede Style Australia shall not be held liable for any errors resulting from the selection of an incorrect size.

Refund Terms

1. Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via Direct Message (DM) to Dede Style Australia within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Receipt of the item is deemed to be the time when the delivery notification appears on the tracking number.

2. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the refund request approval.

​

 

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via PayID or bank transfer only. Cash payments are not available.

​

​4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details required for receiving the refund, including correct PayID, mobile number, and bank account details. Dede Style Australia assumes no liability for consequences arising from incorrect details provided by the customer, including but not limited to the failure to restore the transferred amount or delays in receiving the refund.

Exchange Terms

1. Request Submission: Exchange requests must be submitted via Direct Message (DM) to Dede Style Australia within 72 hours of receipt of the item. Receipt of the item is deemed to be the time when the delivery notification appears on the tracking number.

2. Exchange Options: Exchanges may be made for a different size of the same item, the same color of the same item, or a different item altogether.

​

3. Availability: All exchange requests are contingent upon the availability of the requested items. If a direct exchange cannot be processed due to unavailability, the customer will receive a credit for the returned item's price, which can be used for future purchases at the customer's discretion.

Items on Sale

1. No returns or exchanges are allowed for items purchased on sale.
